Angela Schiff

Angela is an associate in Tonkon Torp’s Labor & Employment Practice Group where she assists on employment litigation matters and advises employers on labor and employment issues. She is a graduate of The University of Chicago Law School where she was a member of the Dean of Students Advisory Council and the Labor & Employment Law Society.

As a law student, Angela worked at Tonkon Torp as a 1L Diversity Fellow and 2L Summer Associate. In these roles, she prepared memoranda on a variety of matters, including in support of defending employment discrimination claims, and researched tort claims and privacy law issues.

Prior to embarking on her law career, Angela worked as a science and technical writer, as well as a Claims Operations Coordinator with Next Insurance.

In her free time, Angela enjoys cooking, hiking, and watching movies. A life-long fan of the performing arts, she has a background in acting and even performed in a play at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scottland.
