Allison is an attorney in Tonkon Torp’s Environmental & Natural Resources Practice Group. She counsels clients on real property, land use, water law issues, and federal environmental laws including the National Environmental Policy Act, ESA, CERCLA, EPCRA, NPDES, and FLPMA. Allison represents companies in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Tonkon Torp, Ali was a Litigation and Coverage Associate at McCormick Barstow, LLP in Las Vegas, where she represented clients at all stages of litigation in both state and federal court. She has also served as in-house counsel for the Las Vegas Valley Water District and Southern Nevada Water Authority.

Ali received her B.A. from University of Georgia, an M.S. from University of Delaware, and a J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E Rogers College of Law with a certificate in environmental law. She is also licensed to practice law in Arizona and Nevada.

In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking, and yoga. Allison also enjoys hiking with her yellow lab, Bumper.
