Alex is an attorney in Tonkon Torp’s Business Department with a practice focused on advising established companies and early-stage startups on venture capital and growth equity investments, pre-exit strategies, transactions, and general corporate governance and securities law matters.
Alex joined Tonkon Torp from the law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Boulder, Colorado where he worked with technology and life science startups at key points in their growth cycles. In Colorado, he was also involved with multiple local and national pro bono projects and was a recipient of Wilson Sonsini’s 2026 Community Impact Award. Alex is a graduate of the University of Texas at Auston School of Law, during which he worked as a Bankruptcy Research Assistant and clerked at two Austin, Texas law firms.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys listening to music, reading a book, taking a long run, and camping with his family.
