PORTLAND, Ore. – Tonkon Torp LLP is pleased to welcome attorney Allison Jacobsen to its Business Department. Her practice is focused on advising business owners and companies across a broad range of industries on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, financings, internal reorganizations, and restructurings. Jacobsen also regularly serves as outside general counsel to clients on day-to-day corporate matters.

Prior to joining Tonkon Torp, Jacobsen practiced as a corporate attorney at Ballard Spahr. Early in her career, she represented employers on employee benefits, executive compensation, and general employment law. Jacobsen also served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas R. Allen in the General Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County in Chicago. She is licensed to practice law in Oregon, Illinois, and North Carolina.
