Portland, Ore (July 2, 2025) Tonkon Torp LLP is pleased to announce that Darren Faulk has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer, effective July 1,2025. Faulk joined the firm as Controller in 2024 and became Chief Financial Officer in January 2025. He will continue to serve as CFO as he takes on this newest executive role.
A Portland native, Faulk brings over 15 years’ experience in finance and operations leadership to the position. Since joining Tonkon, he has led the firm’s adoption of modern accounting technologies and tools, helped improve efficiency, strengthened internal controls, and contributed to long-term planning. In his expanded role, Faulk will oversee day-to-day administrative operations and partner with firm leadership on strategic initiatives across departments.

Faulk’s background includes leadership roles at several high-growth companies in the technology sector, where he specialized in data-driven planning, financial modeling, and scaling operations. He began his career in Big Four public accounting and holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon. He is a member of the AICPA.
