The multidisciplinary group unites the firm’s established niche industry groups of Alcohol, Cannabis, and Food & Beverage with new specialties in the Hospitality and Lottery & Gaming industries. Attorney Charles Harrell will chair the expanded practice.

The Food & Beverage group, also led by Harrell, represents companies ranging from emerging brands to established producers on issues including supply chain, labeling, and market expansion.
Kimberlee Stafford leads the new Hospitality group, guiding hotels, restaurants, and leisure operators through real estate, employment, and operational matters. The new Lottery & Gaming team, led by Darian Stanford, counsels clients on regulatory compliance, licensing, and evolving legal frameworks in gaming and emerging entertainment sectors.
