The firm earned the number one spot for Pro Bono and ranked in the top 25 for 16 categories in the midsize category. Tonkon Torp was selected as one of just three Oregon-based firms for the 2022 Top 150 Under 150, a Vault-curated list of leading small and midsize law firms with 150 lawyers or fewer.

Vault's 2022 Rankings are derived from Vault's Annual Associate Survey conducted from March 2021 through May 2021. Associates at law firms assessed their own firms on a range of workplace issues related to career development, job satisfaction, diversity, and quality of life.
