Tonkon Tax Lawyers Address Issues for Closely Held Businesses

Tax attorneys Mark LeRoux and Michael Millender will present a seminar on Tax Planning for Closely Held Businesses on February 25, 2011 at the Oregon Convention Center. The seminar is part of a day-long professional development conference presented by the Oregon Law Institute of Lewis & Clark Law School. LeRoux and Millender were invited to be faculty presenters to share their knowledge and experience about how to work with closely held business owners on tax issues related to entity formation, expansion, employee incentives and planning for the sale of a business. They are part of Tonkon Torp’s Taxation Practice Group, and Millender is also a member of Tonkon Torp’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group. Both lawyers work with individuals, corporations, partnerships, and LLCs.
