Tom Palmer and Caroline Harris Crowne Speak at ACC Meeting

Tonkon Torp partners were featured panelists at the May 21 Oregon Chapter of the Association for Corporate Counsel meeting held at NIKE World Headquarters. Tom Palmer moderated the panel, which explored how to communicate uncertainty while maintaining credibility. The panelists provided viewpoints on the topic from their roles as in-house attorneys, business executives, and outside counsel. Caroline Harris Crowne provided her perspective as outside counsel working with in-house lawyers on litigation and transactional issues.

Tom is the Chair of the Corporate Finance & Transactions Practice Group. His practice emphasizes securities and general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private placements.

Caroline's litigation practice focuses on commercial contracts, business owner disputes, and accounting issues. She represents clients in federal and state courts, before judges, juries, arbitrators, and in regulatory proceedings.
