Tonkon Torp attorney Rocky Dallum has joined the board of directors of the Oregon Student Foundation, which provides support to the student-led Oregon Student Association.
Dallum is a member of the firm’s Government Relations & Public Policy practice group, which delivers bipartisan local, state, and national lobbying services to organizations in Oregon and beyond. He brings a combination of business law and Oregon political experience to his practice that is valued by Tonkon Torp’s diverse clients. Dallum has a long-held interest in student civic involvement. He served as Student Body President at Linfield College during his undergraduate studies.
The Oregon Student Foundation supports the mission of the Oregon Student Association to ensure that every Oregonian has access to quality, affordable education. The major projects of the Oregon Student Foundation are the Vote OR Vote drive, which registered over 55,000 students to vote in 2014, and supporting the Oregon Students of Color Conference and the Northwest Student Leadership Conference.
