PORTLAND, Ore. – Tonkon Torp LLP is pleased to welcome business attorney Philip Stallworth to its Nonprofit Organizations and Estate Planning & Advocacy practice groups.
Stallworth joins the firm after working as a consultant with a real estate-oriented family office, where he assisted in strategic business transitions, evaluated fit between a diversified portfolio and a family investment thesis, and helped analyze core terms of partnership agreements, subscription documents, and governance materials for investments in private equity, private credit, and real estate.

Stallworth graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School. During law school, he served as a Certified Law Student at the Metropolitan Public Defender in Portland. He also interned with the Federal Community Defender of the Eastern District of Michigan and worked as a law clerk with the Juvenile Division, Baltimore City of the Maryland Office of the Public Defender.
