Parna Mehrbani Talks A.I. for Opportunity Knocks Business Leaders

Parna Mehrbani spoke at a recent educational session held in Bend for an audience of Central Oregon business leaders. The “Unlocking Business Potential with A.I.” event was hosted by Opportunity Knocks, a nonprofit matching industry and community leaders to help businesses grow and advance through community building and peer mentorship.

Mehrbani and her co-panelists (both A.I. consultants) explored how businesses can harness the power of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) to drive efficiency, boost productivity, and maximize profits. The panel shared real-world business A.I. case studies and actionable insights. Mehrbani surveyed common issues related to using A.I., including questions on how A.I. tools use people’s data inputs and outputs, and data privacy and intellectual property considerations.

Mehrbani is a partner at Tonkon Torp and Co-Chair of Tonkon Torp’s Intellectual Property and Information Privacy & Security practice groups. Her practice is focused on intellectual property, trademark and copyright registration and enforcement, and advising and litigating intellectual property portfolios for local, national, and international companies at all stages of growth. Mehrbani has broad experience in issues relating to right of publicity, trade secret, licensing, false advertising, and intellectual property contracting.
