Darcy M. Norville was a panelist at a March 14 event hosted by Cascade Employers Association for its members. She spoke on the topic of health care reform.
Norville is a partner in Tonkon Torp’s Business Department, where she offers clients executive compensation and employee benefits counsel. She provides ongoing legal advice about the establishment, maintenance, administration and termination of clients’ employee benefit plans. Norville also works with clients in the insurance and financial services industry on matters including regulatory compliance, privacy laws and contract drafting.
Norville is a member of Tonkon Torp’s Managing Board and serves as the firm’s Diversity Partner. Active in the community, she currently is president of the board of directors of the YWCA of Greater Portland.
