Tonkon Torp attorneys Jessica Morgan and Michael Willes have been elected to three-year terms in the Oregon State Bar House of Delegates. They will represent Region 5, which covers Multnomah County. The House of Delegates is the governing body of the 14,000-member Oregon State Bar.
Jessica is a senior associate in the firm’s Corporate Finance and Financial Services & Investment Management practice groups. Her practice focuses mainly on the registration, regulation, and compliance of investment funds, advisers, and broker-dealers. Michael is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. He represents clients in disputes ranging from negligence actions to criminal prosecutions.
