Tonkon Torp attorney Mick Harris was a panelist at the Oregon State Bar’s annual three-day “Learning the Ropes” continuing legal education seminar for young and early-career lawyers. The panel was part of a broader curriculum on exploring career pivots and what it means to be a solo practitioner versus a member of a law firm, or in other career paths for lawyers.
Harris and his co-panelists discussed practicing law in Oregon in the context of a law firm. They shared insights into their daily routine, highlighted the rewards and challenges of their practice, and briefly described their typical workflow and workloads.
