Mick Harris Appointed to OHJC Board of Directors

PORTLAND, Ore. (September 17, 2025) Tonkon Torp attorney Mick Harris has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Oregon Health Justice Center (OHJC).

OHJC is a not-for-profit law center that works to improve the health outcomes of community members impacted by health inequities and injustice through trauma-informed legal services and training of medical and social work professionals in health care settings. With their multidisciplinary, medical-legal partnership approach, OHJC seeks to address the social determinants of health while advancing health equity and reducing unnecessary health care spending.

“The work of OHJC is innovative and remarkable,” commented Harris. “Working toward an integrated health care ecosystem to improve individual and population health by addressing health-harming legal needs is an exciting and critical mission – I’m thrilled to support it.”

Mick Harris is an associate in Tonkon Torp’s Business Department with a broad practice focused on corporate governance, general business law, and real estate. Mick counsels startups, emerging growth companies, and large-scale businesses on venture capital and angel financings, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and nuts-and-bolts business matters.
