Michael Fletcher and Justin Denton Speak at Northwest Dealerships Seminar

On September 19, Tonkon Torp partners Michael Fletcher and Justin Denton spoke at the 2019 Northwest Dealerships Seminar. Their presentation on dealership sales and acquisitions provided attendees with practical advice about navigating the key stages of a deal, including Letters of Intent, due diligence, asset purchase agreements, and including associated real estate. They also provided tips on wrapping up post-close activity.

Fletcher's practice emphasizes general corporate counseling, debtor-creditor matters, and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience representing private and public companies, shareholders, receivers, borrowers, lenders, debtors, and creditors.

Denton practices general business and corporate law. Much of his practice focuses on counseling family-owned and other closely held businesses. He represents clients in many industries, including seniors housing, sports, manufacturing, auto dealerships, and professional services (engineering, architectural, health care, and legal).
