Lauren Bernton Talks Career Paths with UO Law Students

The panelists, all practicing attorneys and legal professionals, shared insight into their professional journey, what their typical workday looks like, and how they prepared for the job during their time as a student or new graduate. They explored how they each landed on their respective career or practice focus, and shared ways that students can explore different career pathways and develop transferable skills. Lauren and the other panelists provided tips for working with mentors, navigating challenges or rejection, and fostering a professional community.
