Kyle Grant Joins Tonkon Torp Real Estate & Land Use Practice Group

PORTLAND, Ore. (June 17, 2022) Tonkon Torp LLP welcomes attorney Kyle Grant to its Real Estate & Land Use Practice Group. Grant is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Washington.

In his practice, Grant represents clients on commercial real estate transactions and development, purchases and sales, leasing, financing, and land use. He also serves as a general counsel to condominium and planned community homeowner associations. In addition, Grant advises clients on corporate matters including business acquisitions, entity formation, and negotiation of commercial contracts.

Grant graduated from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he was a senior editor of the BYU Law Review. He also holds a degree in cello performance from Brigham Young University-Idaho. Outside of his law practice, Grant is a cellist with the Portland Columbia Symphony.
