PORTLAND, Ore. – Tonkon Torp LLP is pleased to announce that Jeremy Bennett has joined the firm as Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer.
Bennett brings more than 18 years of technology and risk leadership experience to the firm, having managed strategy, governance, and execution for companies in the healthcare, distribution, and private equity industries. At each organization, Bennett built and led enterprise technology programs, embedding a security-first approach into every technology decision. He also designed and implemented enterprise Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint at scale, and developed the policies and procedures that supported those platforms.
Before joining Tonkon Torp, Bennett spent 15 years building and leading the IT function for a multi-site outpatient physical therapy network with nearly 100 locations. Most recently, he led IT for a distribution company where he modernized infrastructure across two dozen branches in three states.

Bennett will work alongside current CIO Mark Bowden over the coming months to ensure a seamless leadership transition ahead of Bowden’s retirement. He will lead the firm’s continued investment in modernizing its technology infrastructure while enhancing cybersecurity, operational efficiency, and technology services.
