Gwendolyn Griffith spoke to the Taxation Section of the Oregon State Bar at its Portland monthly luncheon series on November 21, 2013. Her topic was “Partnership Tax Allocations – Basic Principles and Current Topics.” To the largest luncheon crowd of the season, Gwen presented her roadmap of the Section 704(b) regulations and discussed the basics and potential traps of using target allocations.
Griffith chairs the firm’s Taxation Practice Group. Her practice includes a wide range of matters related to partnership and corporate taxation as well as estate planning. She is a frequent speaker on tax and wealth transition topics
