As our nation grapples with the COVID-19 global pandemic, Tonkon Torp is committed to protecting the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, clients, families, and community. We are closely monitoring the ever-changing situation and have instituted firm policies regarding travel, events, and remote work.  Enhanced sanitation is being practiced in our offices and our building.

We are requiring remote work as much as possible to minimize risk of exposure and increase social distancing. Thanks to technology, we will remain fully operational and available to respond to our clients’ legal needs, including those related to COVID-19 inquiries and support.

We are continually monitoring the impact of COVID-19 on our business community and will be providing clients with relevant updates as they develop.

The well-being of our clients and their business is of paramount importance to us, as is that of our friends and community. We wish everyone the best during this challenging time. Please do not hesitate to contact me or the attorney with whom you normally consult if you have any questions, or if you need any assistance or guidance.

Service Promise
We love where we live and are committed to the continued success of our community. When the current crisis is over, we want to be proud of the part we played in keeping our home vibrant and thriving. Please reach out if our legal experts can help your business or group through this time in any way:

  • By providing legal advice. We are staying updated on legal developments and are ready to provide counsel as needed, and are committed to being responsive to the fact that businesses may be facing serious cash challenges.
  • By presenting online or to your group. Please let us know if information on any topic would benefit your company, industry group, nonprofit, or other gathering and we will find one or more attorneys with the necessary expertise. If you have an idea for a webinar that would be useful to you and your business, we would love to hear from you.
  • By providing additional assistance or support. How else can we help?
