Cameron Catanzano Joins Tonkon Torp Real Estate & Land Use Practice Group

PORTLAND, Ore. – Tonkon Torp LLP has added attorney Cameron Catanzano to its Real Estate & Land Use Practice Group, expanding the firm’s capabilities in commercial real estate transactions, leasing, finance, and regulatory and environmental matters affecting landowners.

Catanzano joins Tonkon Torp after several years at Praedium Law Group, where he litigated real estate disputes and assisted clients with the negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements. His experience also includes advising clients on easements, title defects, and homeowner association matters.

“Cameron’s experience representing clients in both real estate disputes and transactions gives him a practical perspective that will benefit our clients,” said Kimberlee Stafford, Chair of Tonkon Torp’s Real Estate & Land Use Practice Group. “He understands how to anticipate issues before they become disputes and provides thoughtful, business-focused advice across a wide range of real estate matters.”

Catanzano focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, leasing, finance, and regulatory matters. He earned his J.D., cum laude, and an LL.M. in Energy & Environmental Law from Lewis & Clark Law School. During law school, he worked at several prominent federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice. He is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington.

“I joined Tonkon Torp because I wanted to be part of a team where I can take on increasingly sophisticated transactions while developing my practice,” said Cameron. “I can’t wait to learn from the firm’s talented attorneys and help our clients navigate complex real estate issues.”
