On March 13, Tonkon Torp employment law partner Blerina Kotori was a panelist at the “Ask the Attorney” PubTalk hosted by the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network. The format allowed the audience to ask questions to the attorneys on the panel on a wide range of topics important to startups. Blerina answered questions ranging from confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements, to trends in pregnancy and parental leave, and employment pitfalls for startups.
Blerina is a partner in Tonkon Torp's Labor & Employment Practice Group. She represents and defends employers in employment matters including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour compliance, leave laws, and employment benefits.
