Blerina Kotori Moderates ADA Panel at OSB L&E Annual Conference

Tonkon Torp partner Blerina Kotori moderated a panel at the 2022 OSB Labor & Employment Annual Conference held on October 7, 2022. Her session focused on issues surrounding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and return to work following the pandemic.

Blerina led the panel though a conversation that explored ADA coverage, qualified individuals, reasonable accommodation, engaging in the interactive process, and navigating requests for reasonable accommodations – which might include remote work. The panel discussed the current trends of ADA in light of remote work and the top accommodation requests and challenges faced by employers and employees alike. They also shared practical advice for staying in compliance with ADA in a post-pandemic workplace.
