Tonkon Torp attorney Alex Tinker spoke at the Investors Forum of the third annual Cannabis Collaborative Conference on February 14. Alex spoke to an audience of cannabis business owners, investors, and ancillary service providers about how to avoid disputes and litigation, and how a business can strengthen its position when a fight is unavoidable.
Alex is a member of the Tonkon Torp's Litigation Department and is co-chair of the firm's Cannabis Industry pactice group. He represents investors and other individuals and companies doing business in the cannabis industry, and advises clients on Oregon's cannabis laws and regulations.
