On October 26, Tonkon Torp attorney Adam Adkin participated in a virtual panel hosted by the Business Law Society at the Willamette University College of Law. The “Day in the Life” event gave current law students the opportunity to unpack the daily activities of four attorneys who practice law in various settings. Adam shared insight into his daily schedule and what contributes to a fulfilling or challenging day. The panelists also shared how networking has evolved for them since completing law school.
Adam works closely with business owners and their key employees as they maneuver through business transitions. He has assisted clients at every stage of their business life cycle, including corporate formation, compliance, raising capital, and structuring ownership transitions.
