Robert Koch Elected Chair-Elect of OSB Constitutional Law Section

Tonkon Torp attorney Robert Koch has been elected Chair-Elect of the Oregon State Bar (OSB) Constitutional Law Section and appointed as Chair of its CLE subcommittee. He was first appointed to the section in 2020.
The OSB Constitutional Law Section serves practitioners in Oregon by providing continuing legal education opportunities about developments in state and federal constitutional law. The section also monitors and, if requested, provides advice about legislative developments that raise constitutional issues.
Bob chairs Tonkon Torp's Appellate Practice Group. He represents individuals, companies, and government entities in state and federal appellate courts. Throughout his career, Bob has successfully handled appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court, Oregon Supreme Court, Oregon Court of Appeals, and federal courts of appeals across the country, including the Ninth Circuit.
