Tonkon Torp litigators have contributed their expertise to a new treatise on civil litigation practice, Oregon Civil Pleading and Litigation. The three-volume resource, published by the Oregon State Bar, combines and updates material previously published in two separate publications Oregon Civil Pleading and Practice and Oregon Civil Litigation Manual, and adds new topics such as appellate considerations for trial counsel and litigation technology.

As members of the editorial review board for the publication, partners Caroline Harris Crowne and Dan Skerritt worked to develop and organize the list of topics for inclusion in the new publication, recruited authors for the 48 chapters, and then provided peer-review for the submitted draft chapters. Dan has been a co-editor of several prior editions of Oregon Civil Pleading and Practice.
