On September 17, Tonkon Torp attorney Adam Adkin led a CLE on entity formation for the Advising Oregon Businesses series hosted by the Multnomah Bar Association for its New Lawyers Bar Section. Drawing from his extensive experience working with clients in a wide variety of industries, Adam shared tips to help new business lawyers establish a sound foundation from which to undertake entity formation projects. Jumping into the heart of the program, Adam shared strategies for determining which entity structure is best for a client and how attorneys can provide value to a client in starting a new venture.
Adam works closely with business owners and their key employees as they maneuver through business transitions. He has assisted clients at every stage of their business life cycle, including corporate formation, compliance, raising capital, and structuring ownership transitions.
