Tonkon Torp attorney Parna Mehrbani has been named by the Daily Journal of Commerce as a 2019 Woman of Vision.
Parna was honored among 44 women, from such industries as architecture, engineering, construction, and fields related to building. The Women of Vision were honored for the vital role they play in their communities through leadership, community involvement, and mentoring to create opportunities for the next generation of women and to promote industry diversity. The award was presented at the recent Women of Vision awards gala held in Portland.
Parna is Co-Chair of Tonkon Torp's Information Privacy & Security Practice Group, and a partner in its Intellectual Property Practice Group. Her practice focuses on intellectual property, trademark and copyright registration, licensing and enforcement, and advising on intellectual property portfolios for local, national, and international companies. She also advises businesses on the management and security of personal data, as well as the laws that regulate the collection, use, and protection of personal data.
