PORTLAND, Ore. (October 7, 2019) Ferdinand “Ferdie” Ruplin has joined Tonkon Torp as an associate in the firm’s Business Department and Cannabis Industry Group. His practice will focus on business law, the CBD and hemp industry, corporate finance, and financial services.

Prior to Tonkon Torp, Ferdie worked at Green Light Law Group, where he helped clients in the CBD and hemp industry navigate all aspects of corporate governance and regulatory matters. He also worked at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in New York, advising private investment funds on compliance with federal, state, and self-regulatory agencies.
Ferdie graduated cum laude from the Fordham University School of Law in 2016, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review and Moot Court Board.
