On April 5, Tonkon Torp partner Tim Conway spoke at the 32nd Annual NW Bankruptcy Institute. The event, held in Portland, was co-sponsored by the Oregon State Bar Debtor-Creditor Section and the Washington State Bar Association Creditor Debtor Rights Section. Tim was featured on a panel that discussed issues with and alternatives to the sale of assets and businesses under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code.
