Tim Conway Speaks at 32nd Annual NW Bankruptcy Institute

On April 5, Tonkon Torp partner Tim Conway spoke at the 32nd Annual NW Bankruptcy Institute. The event, held in Portland, was co-sponsored by the Oregon State Bar Debtor-Creditor Section and the Washington State Bar Association Creditor Debtor Rights Section. Tim was featured on a panel that discussed issues with and alternatives to the sale of assets and businesses under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Tim’s practice includes Chapter 11 corporate reorganizations, workouts, debtor-creditor law, and commercial litigation. He provides a wide range of services to clients across a broad spectrum of industries, focusing on the development of efficient strategies that allows his clients to achieve their goals.
