Kristin Bremer Moore Discusses Workplace Culture for Thought Leader Forum

Tonkon Torp attorney Kristin Bremer Moore was featured in the Portland Business Journal’s recent Thought Leader Forum supplement on Workplace Culture. The supplement included a profile of Kristin as well as an interview with her and her fellow thought leader, Pat Welch, Co-Founder and CEO of Boly:Welch. Erica Heartquist moderated the discussion for the Portland Business Journal.

Culture in the workplace is the personality and character of an organization. It is what makes a business unique and is the sum of its values, beliefs, behaviors, and attitudes. Workplace culture affects productivity, retention, and the bottom line. For their Thought Leader Forum, Kristin and Pat discuss how organizations can establish a strong culture, the generational shifts in organizations today, and how to address tough topics that come up.

Kristin is Chair of Tonkon Torp’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. She exclusively represents employers from claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and other labor and employment matters. Kristin also represents and advises employers of every size, including nonprofit organizations, regarding wage and hour, collective actions under FLSA, sex harassment, hostile work environment, FMLA/OFLA, ADA discrimination, and whistleblower matters.
