Parna Mehrbani Speaks at OSB Professionalism Seminar

On November 29, Tonkon Torp partner Parna Mehrbani was a panelist at "Professionalism 2018: What If I’m That Person?" a seminar offered by the Oregon State Bar Professionalism Commission. The program featured three panels composed of attorneys, judges, and professional advisors who explored different ways that professional conduct can impact client representation, negotiation, and mediation. Parna, who is also the chair of the OSB Professionalism Commission, spoke on a panel that discussed professionalism through the lens of cultural diversity.

Parna is co-chair of the Information Privacy & Security Practice Group, and a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Her practice is focused on intellectual property, trademark and copyright registration, licensing, and enforcement, and advising on intellectual property portfolios for local, national, and international companies. She also advises businesses on the management and security of personal data and the laws that regulate the collection, use, and protection of personal data.
