Tonkon Torp was a Presenting Sponsor at the 10th Annual Justice is Sweet Gala held by Youth, Rights & Justice (YRJ) on November 15. Megan Reuther, a member of the YRJ Board, organized Tonkon's involvement with the event and attended along with a dozen Tonkon Torp attorneys and their guests, including Governor Kate Brown. Gwen Griffith, a former YRJ board member also contributed to the sponsorship and attended the event. Tonkon Torp has a close relationship with YRJ, collaborating with them on the CLiF Project since 2011. YRJ's mission is to improve the lives of vulnerable children and families through legal representation and advocacy in the courts, legislature, schools and community.
