Kristin Bremer Moore Discusses National Labor Relations Act

On October 19, Tonkon Torp partner Kristin Bremer Moore was a featured panelist at the Oregon State Bar Labor & Employment Section’s annual seminar. Her panel was titled, “NLRA: Don’t Step In It — What You Need to Know About Labor Law to Represent Employers and Employees in a Non-Union Setting.” Kristin and her fellow panelists discussed the National Labor Relations Act’s impact on work rules, employee conduct that is “protected concerted activity,” and how the new administration’s approach to labor law generally favors employers.

Kristin is chair of Tonkon Torp’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. She exclusively represents employers from claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and other labor and employment matters.
