Tonkon Torp partner Caroline Harris Crowne has been appointed to a three-year term on the Board of Directors of the Multnomah Bar Association. Caroline is finishing up a term of service on the MBA Court Liaison Committee and was previously the chair of the CLE Committee. In addition to being active in the legal community, Caroline serves on the Board of Governors for the City Club of Portland.
Caroline’s practice focuses on commercial contracts, business ownership disputes, and accounting issues. She represents clients in federal and state courts, before judges, juries, and arbitrators, and in regulatory proceedings.
