Tonkon Torp Makes 2018 Contribution to Small Business Legal Clinic

Tonkon Torp made a donation in support of Lewis & Clark Law School's Small Business Legal Clinic (SBLC). The SBLC Pro-Bono Program works to assist small business owners who otherwise cannot afford to pay for legal services. Since opening its doors in 2006, Lewis & Clark Law School’s Small Business Legal Clinic (SBLC) has provided business transactional legal advice to more than 1800 new and emerging businesses working on more than 2500 separate legal matters. Seventy-five percent of their clients are businesses owned by women, recent immigrants, and people from communities of color. James Hein is the Chair of Tonkon Torp’s Pro Bono Committee and leads the firm’s involvement with the clinic.
