The Tonkon Torp Diversity Task Force hosted a screening and discussion of the documentary Black Girl in Suburbia for employees of the firm. The film's director, Melissa Lowery, grew up in West Linn and is currently the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Jesuit High School. Melissa introduced the film, which looks at suburbia from the perspective of young women of color, and moderated a thoughtful discussion about race, identity, and perspective.
