Led by Blerina Kotori, Tonkon Torp made a donation to Raphael House, a multi-faceted domestic violence agency dedicated to ending intimate partner violence. Raphael House offers emergency shelter in a confidential location, a 24-hour in-house crisis line, transitional housing and advocacy programs, and non-residential advocacy in partnership with the Portland Police Bureau. Blerina is a member of the Raphael House board of directors.
