Darcy Norville, managing partner of Tonkon Torp, was a featured panelist at the March 14 Women in the Law Distinguished Speaker Program at Lewis & Clark Law School. Moderated by Dean Jennifer Johnson, Darcy and a panel of fellow female managing directors held a lively and unscripted conversation about their respective experiences on the path to leadership roles.
Darcy has been with Tonkon Torp since 1998, served on the firm's managing board from 2005-2014, and was elected its managing partner in July, 2015. Her practice includes general business and corporate law, with particular emphasis on executive compensation, ERISA, and employee benefits.
