Drew Hagedorn Shares Expertise at Commercial Real Estate Panel

On February 28, Drew Hagedorn co-hosted a panel with Aquiles Suarez, national lobbyist for NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. Their panel was entitled “Trump, Congress and The Oregon Legislature: How Will Commercial Real Estate Be Impacted?” Drew’s presentation on the potential impacts from the Oregon legislature offered an overview of the legislative session and specifically addressed: property tax, commercial excise tax, rent stabilization, charging stations, and transportation.

Drew is chair of Tonkon Torp’s state Government Relations and Public Policy practice group. A long-time public affairs professional, he offers comprehensive government affairs services for the firm’s clients at the state, local, and regulatory levels.

Tonkon Torp sponsored the panel, which was moderated by Portland State University Professor Gerry Mildner, and Tonkon Torp real estate attorney Kim Stafford was on hand to introduce the panelists.
