Caroline Harris Crowne Speaks to Young Litigators about Discovery

On February 2, Caroline Harris Crowne led a Multnomah Bar Association Young Litigators Forum CLE on Discovery. The forum was one in a series of nine weekly seminars on litigation issues geared toward new attorneys. Caroline’s presentation focused on developing strategic goals for discovery, practical tips for gathering evidence and preparing discovery requests, common problems that arise, and how best to present discovery disputes in motions to the court.

 

Caroline’s practice focuses on commercial contracts, business owner disputes, and accounting issues. She represents clients in federal and state courts, before judges, juries, and arbitrators.
