Christopher Pallanch Leads Talk on e-Discovery at OADC Annual Meeting

Tonkon Torp attorney Christopher Pallanch co-presented a breakout session titled “Important Developments in e-Discovery” at the Annual Meeting of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel (OADC) held on June 17 and 18 in Sunriver, OR. Chris and Tom Howe, from Howe & Associates, explored the most recent technological challenges and best practices associated with the collection of electronic data, including smartphones. They used real-world examples to show how to use electronic evidence to defend claims, and discussed the e-discovery implications of the recent changes to the FRCP.

Chris is a member of Tonkon Torp’s Litigation and Financial Services practices. He focuses on resolving complex business disputes as well as representing plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state court on matters that include contractual agreements, financing arrangements, and business torts.
