Tonkon Torp sponsored the May 12 corporate Battle of the Bands put on by Regional Arts & Cultural Council (RACC) at the Crystal Ballroom. The event was a benefit for Work for Art, a nonprofit supporting 100+ arts and culture organizations in our region. Several Tonkon employees united to form the one-off supergroup “The Legal Limit” and did a great job playing in the competition. The Legal Limit featured Hilary Hanes, Jackson Lewis, Laura Lindberg, Chris Pallanch, Caryl Walker, and Laura Petch, along with special guest member Steven Anderson (Laura’s husband). Max Miller, an RACC board member, organized Tonkon’s participation with the event.
