Jon Stride and David Petersen Share Vice to Nice Case Study

3.10.2016
Jon Stride and David Petersen presented their "Vice to Nice" case study on February 16 to a professional women's networking group. The transaction at the heart of the presentation was the development of Human Solution's new emergency family housing shelter housed in a redeveloped strip club. The attorneys shared how they helped the nonprofit organization navigate the complex lending environment that included multiple lending parties and grants provided by Multnomah County. More details on the Human Solutions transaction may be found here.
