Tonkon Torp's Diversity Task Force was one of the sponsors of OLIO's annual Diversity & Inclusion Employment Retreat, held on January 23 at the Oregon State Bar in Tigard, Oregon. The retreat brings together students from all three Oregon law schools to hear from a variety of legal professionals about effective strategies for finding employment, to refine interviewing skills, and to meet with representatives from firms and organizations during an employer forum and networking social. Heather Decker attended the event in her capacity as Director of Attorney Recruiting. Mike Morgan attended and participated in mock interviews.
