Tonkon Torp’s Immigration practice group hosted a breakfast briefing to provide a practical review of immigration recordkeeping requirements that impact all businesses, HR professionals, and employers. The attorneys provided a deep dive into Form I-9 compliance, H-1B public access files, and employee personnel files. The Immigration Practice Group’s next briefing will be held in January 2016 and will focus on changes in worksite locations for H-1B employees and preparing for the fiscal year 2017 CAP H-1B season.
