Jay Huh Leads “Tonkon Talk” on Funding Terminology

At the July “Tonkon Talks in the Pearl,” attorney Jay Huh guided startups, investors, and service providers to startups through language commonly used in financing term sheets. He also explained capitalization tables and defined the concept of “dilution” and what it means to a startup, its founders, and investors.

“Tonkon Talks in the Pearl” is a series of lunch-hour presentations held on the first Wednesday of each month at the firm’s CENTRL Office location in Portland’s Pearl District. The talks provide an overview on legal topics that impact entrepreneurs and startups.
